The preliminary visit is mandatory for every new client or animal: we note your instructions and agree on written guidelines together. For dog walks, the first outing takes place with you.
2We watch over them dailyEvery animal has its own needs: we tailor each visit to the species.In practiceClose
Meals, fresh water, litter, play, care and medication: every visit follows the written instructions agreed at the preliminary visit. If there's any doubt about their health, you are told straight away.
3You get newsA report after every visit (SMS or email), with at least one photo and the state of your animal or aquarium.In practiceClose
The report arrives by text or email after every visit or walk: time of the visit, care provided, how your animal or aquarium is doing, and at least one photo.
