Before you trust us with your animals

• Who comes to my home?›

  You meet your pet sitter at the pre-visit, before any sitting. Aquanimo Service was founded by Marion Taeubert, pet sitter and aquarium technician, holder of the France Petsitters Professional and Expert labels.

• Do we meet before the first visit?›

  Yes, always. A preliminary visit is mandatory for every new client or animal: we get to know each other, note your instructions and agree on written guidelines. For walks, the first outing takes place with you, to see how your dog behaves outside and check their equipment.

• How do I get news?›

  After every visit or walk you receive a report by text or email: time of the visit, how your animal or aquarium is doing, the care provided, and at least one photo.

• What if my animal isn't well?›

  At the slightest doubt about their health, we let you know quickly and your animal can be taken to a nearby vet. This is charged €15 incl. VAT; vet fees remain yours, on receipts.

• How are keys handled?›

  You provide a spare set of keys opening every access, preferably in person. It is kept in a locked box and returned at the end of the sitting — unless agreed in writing for recurring sittings.
